This iconic vehicle, affectionately known as the "cucumber", gained huge popularity in the 1960s and 1970s when it became a mobile home for thousands of adventure lovers, families and travelers from around the world. It debuted as a successor to the famous T1 (or "Bulli"), and its improved design, larger space and solid mechanics perfectly fit the needs of a generation that wanted freedom, independence and life outside the box.
